瑞薩電子完成對Steradian的收購

10月17日，全球半導體解決方案供應商瑞薩電子宣布，截至2022年10月17日已完成對提供4D成像雷達解決方案的無晶圓半導體公司Steradian Semiconductors Private Limited（“Steradian”）的收購。
Steradian總部位于印度班加羅爾，是一家成立于2016年的初創公司，提供以小尺寸實現高精度物體識別和電源效率的雷達解決方案。雷達對ADAS來說是一項至關重要的技術，它利用車輛中各種復雜傳感器組合來檢測物體。瑞薩電子計劃依托汽車雷達市場提供的高增長機遇，借助Steradian的雷達技術擴展其汽車產品組合，并擴大其在雷達市場的影響力。
